VALUE METHODOLOGY TRAINING

Module I VM Training Workshop

Accredited by SAVE and PMI

Training can be held at your organization's location

Training includes latest developments in VM techniques, including an introduction to Value Metrics

This 40-hour workshop is organized to provide participants an in-depth introduction to the theory and application of the VM principles.  The participants will learn by doing, as they will be placed on a team and apply the VM concepts presented to live projects. Participants are encouraged to form teams, bring a project from their organization, and take back concepts that can benefit their own project and company.  Please notify us if you are interested in bringing your own project so we may assist you in preparing for the study.  Individuals without projects will be provided "live" projects for the workshop.

Who Should Attend?

Anyone interested in learning how to control escalating costs, improve productivity, improve customer satisfaction, improve problem-solving, increase market share, manage change more effectively, enhance quality oriented programs, such as Six Sigma, or improve their management skills would find this training very beneficial. This course is the first step in obtaining certification by SAVE International as a Certified Value Specialist, Associate Value Specialist or Value Methodology Practitioner.
