40-hour
workshop is organized to provide participants an in-depth introduction to
the theory and application of the VM principles.The participants will learn by doing, as they will be placed on a team
and apply the VM concepts presented to live projects. Participants
are encouraged to form teams, bring a project from their organization, and take
back concepts that can benefit their own project and company.Please notify us if you are interested in bringing your own project so we
may assist you in preparing for the study.Individuals
without projects will be provided "live" projects for the workshop.

Anyone interested in learning how to
